Standard FBA Prep £0.40 + VAT per unit

• No minimums — ideal for all seller sizes
Bundling & Multi-Packs
Bundles of 2 units are fully included in the standard prep fee • For 3+ items, each additional item beyond the first two is charged at: ➤ £0.10 + VAT per extra unit
Returns Handling • £0.25 + VAT per unit • Plus outbound postage if we're returning items to your supplier We keep return handling minimal because we know seller fees hurt — you're only charged what’s necessary.
Hazmat Handling
We’re hazmat approved No extra charge • Hazmat must be shipped separately — we’ll arrange via our trusted partnered couriers and invoice shipping separately at cost
Shipment Creation & Dispatch Shipments created in Seller Central as standard UPS booked through your account — no charge for this service
Boxes • £2.00 + VAT per box
(only if we supply it) • No charge if your items arrive in a box that can be reused
Pallet Dispatch (if required) •
We can receive pallets for no extra fee • If dispatching on pallets: ➤ £15 + VAT per pallet, plus shipping if not using Amazon Partnered
Storage Fees • First 14 days free •
After that: £1.50 + VAT per box per week
Invoices & Payments
Invoices issued after dispatch • Charged automatically via GoCardless • No manual payments — it’s all hands-free!
Oversized Units
Items over 63cm or 15kg are charged an extra £1.00 + VAT per unit for handling.
